These terms govern your use of gmleadsm.com and its services ("GM Leads"), operated by gm leads marketplace ("we", "us"). When you use the service, you are contracting with gm leads marketplace. By continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

GM Leads connects US homeowners interested in solar with approved solar installers. Homeowners use the service for free. Approved installers either subscribe to a monthly plan that includes a set number of exclusive homeowner leads, or pay a one-time fee per lead; unlocking a lead reveals the homeowner's contact details (see Pricing).

Eligibility and accounts

Home insurance. GM Leads is not an insurance company, agent or broker and does not sell, quote, bind or recommend insurance coverage. If you submit the home insurance form, we may share your details with licensed insurance agents, agencies or companies, who may contact you and who are responsible for their own licensing, offers and rates. We may be paid by the businesses we connect you with. Availability, rates and eligibility vary by state and by company and are not guaranteed.

You must be of legal age and, if acting for a business, have authority to bind it. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the service, including its software, content, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

Payments and subscriptions

Installer plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Each plan includes a monthly allotment of leads; unused leads roll over to the next month while your subscription stays active. You may cancel or change your plan at any time — the change takes effect at the end of your current billing month, and you keep access until then. Single-lead unlocks are one-time payments charged at the time of purchase and do not renew.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

Service level and warranties

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor that any lead will result in a sale. Lead information is supplied by homeowners and AI scores are estimates. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, except where liability cannot be limited by law (such as fraud, death or personal injury).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or breach of these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your account data will be deleted or anonymised per our Privacy Notice.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
